Testimonials

What Parish Leaders Are Saying

“This gave our team clarity and unity around where we are — and where we’re going. Our youth group now meets weekly and we’ve even begun a service project led by the teens.”

Let’s explore where your group is and how we can help.

FAQ

1. What if we don’t have an active youth or young adult group right now?

That’s exactly why this call is for you. Many parishes are starting from scratch or rebuilding after a pause. This framework meets you where you are — even if you only have a handful of young people or none yet — and helps you take that first step with clarity.

2. Do I need to be a priest or youth minister to join the call?

Nope! We welcome any parish leader, volunteer, or staff member involved in youth and young adult outreach. Whether you’re the pastor, a catechist, or simply someone who cares deeply about the next generation — you’re in the right place.

3. How long is the call, and what’s the time commitment afterward?

The call lasts about 30 minutes. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your ministry’s current level, a goal for moving forward, and practical resources you can use right away — no ongoing obligation required.

4. Is this just another program or curriculum we have to adopt?

No. This isn’t a program you have to run — it’s a framework to help you build what works best in your own parish setting. We don’t ask you to change your identity — we help you strengthen your mission.

5. What kind of support or resources will I get?

You’ll receive our full Youth Ministry Maturity Toolkit — including a printable framework overview, self-assessment, quarterly planning template, and access to ongoing guidance if you need it.

6. What if we don’t have a big budget or full-time youth minister?

That’s perfectly okay. This approach is built for small and mid-sized parishes with limited resources. We help you grow sustainably using the people and gifts you already have.

7. Is this only for OMI parishes?

This framework was created with OMI parishes in mind and is rooted in the Oblate mission — but any Catholic parish leader can benefit. If you feel called to build something better for your youth, we’d love to help you do that.
